I am currently applying to medical school and aspiring to become a pediatric oncologist specializing in bone cancers. I am currently living in San Diego, California and taking a year off from my studies. I live a

MISSION: Alyssa - Our First Mission, December 2011
This is the story of how MIB Agents began. More importantly, it is the story of Alyssa Grace Divers. Her life had - and continues to have - a profound influence on the work we do every day. In addition, her epic battle with osteosarcoma inspired the establishment of The Alyssa House. The Alyssa House Provides housing for families who travel to Northern Virginia for treatment for their child.
Alyssa's story is too common, in that children with osteosarcoma frequently die due to lack of effective treatments for this aggressive cancer. We have to do better for our kids with osteosarcoma. #BecauseOfAlyssa
