This December, we’re celebrating the incredible impact we’ve made together in 2025. We’re spotlighting the OsteoWarrior and OsteoAngel artists behind our Holiday Card Collection and celebrating a major advocacy win — the Mikaela Naylon Give Kids A Chance Act passing in the House. Our JAB and NextGen advocates, including Mikaela, fought for this bill in DC this September. Now it moves to the Senate and we will keep fighting for every child’s chance. As we close out the year, your support means everything — through end-of-year giving, submitting an abstract for FACTOR, or joining the Osteosarcoma Project, your actions fuel real progress. Wishing you warmth, strength, and the hope that keeps this community moving forward with purpose.
With hope,
The MIB Agents Team

This year’s MIB Holiday Card Collection is filled with creativity, courage, and meaningful stories from the young artists and families behind each design. We asked parents and OsteoWarriors to share what inspired their artwork, how art supported them through treatment or survivorship, and what hope they want to offer our community. Their reflections highlight the imagination, resilience, and heart carried in every card. We’re grateful to share their voices and the impact their creativity continues to make.

The Mikaela Naylon Give Kids A Chance Act, named in honor of MIB Junior Advisory Board member OsteoAngel Mikaela Naylon, has passed in the House! Just a few months ago, members of MIB's JAB and NextGen, including Mikaela, traveled to Washington, D.C. to advocate for this very bill. Their voices helped make this milestone possible. The bill now moves to the Senate, where we will continue pushing for its passage.

The year is winding down, but our mission to Make It Better for OsteoWarriors and their families never stops. If you haven’t had a chance to give yet, now is the perfect time. Every gift helps power programs like Warrior Mail, the osTEAo AYA podcast, and OsteoBites webinars, connecting kids, teens, and families to the support and hope they need most.
Thank you for Making It Better with us in 2025—all of this is possible because of your generosity and support.

Have a compelling topic to share with the osteosarcoma community? We want to hear about it! MIB Agents is now accepting abstract submissions for our FACTOR 2026 conference, June 25-27, 2026 in Columbus, OH. Abstracts will be considered for oral presentation or poster presentation. Submissions are due online at Proposal Central on January 9, 2026.

You can make a meaningful impact on osteosarcoma research by sharing your or your child’s cancer experience. Participants contribute by providing information about their diagnosis and treatment, access to medical records, a saliva sample, and blood or tissue samples to help drive new discoveries. Patients may enroll themselves depending on age; younger patients will need a parent or guardian to help with the process.
Join the effort before enrollment closes on December 11, 2025 at OSproject.org. Your participation helps move research forward for the entire osteosarcoma community.
